Maintaining a membership growth organization is one of Virginia Farm Bureau's primary goals. Membership is the lifeblood of the organization.

Activities include:

• Serve on the membership committee.
• Assist in gaining and maintaining producer members by participating in membership drives.
• Become familiar with the Farm Bureau structure, programs and services.
• Visit the VFBF office in Goochland County and the Farm Bureau Safemark warehouse in Sandston.
• Attend the VFBF Convention, particularly the Discussion Meet, Old Fashioned Country Auction and Young Farmer Awards Program.
