The annual Women's Conference takes place in March. In 2012, the conference will be held March 23-25 at the Homestead in Hot Springs, VA. Click for a tentative conference agenda. Keynote speaker LaDonna Gatlin will address the attendees on Friday evening and the Virginia Farm Bureau Ambassador and Farm Woman of the Year judging will take place on Saturday with the announcement Saturday evening. Winners of the youth essay contest will present their winning essays, too. Please register for this conference through your county Farm Bureau, starting in late January.

Annual contests: The Farm Bureau Women’s Program sponsors the following recognition programs: photo contest, youth essay and poster contests, Outstanding Women's Activity Awards, Outstanding Young Agriculturalist Award, Farm Woman of the Year and Virginia Farm Bureau Ambassador.
